This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Horizon Cash & Carry Ltd we processes, schedules, and delivers orders for our registered trade customers.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Delivery
Delivery services are available exclusively to registered trade customers such as:
- Restaurants & cafés
- Takeaways
- Supermarkets & corner shops
- Catering companies
- Wholesalers
- Retail businesses
A valid customer account must be created before placing a delivery order.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to selected areas across London and surrounding regions.
Delivery availability depends on:
Your location
Order size
Delivery route schedule
Contact us to confirm if your business address is within our delivery zone.
3. Delivery Schedule
We offer Next-Day Delivery on most orders placed before the cut-off time.
Cut-off Time:
Orders must be placed and paid for before [you can add a time, e.g., 2:00 PM] for next-day delivery.
Delivery Days:
We deliver Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).
Sunday deliveries may be available for high-volume customers upon request.
4. Delivery Requirements
To receive your delivery:
- Someone must be present to accept and sign for the goods.
- The receiving individual must be 18+, especially for alcohol or age-restricted products.
- You must provide clear access instructions if your location is difficult to find.
If no one is available at the delivery address, your order may be returned to the warehouse, and redelivery fees may apply.
5. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees depend on:

- Distance
- Delivery frequency
- Customer type
Some customers may qualify for free delivery based on order value or account status.

6. Payment Before Delivery
All delivery orders must be fully paid before dispatch.
We accept:
- Card payments (in-store or over the phone)
- Bank transfers (with confirmation)
- Unpaid orders will not be processed or loaded onto delivery vehicles.
7. Order Accuracy & Inspection
Upon receiving your delivery:
- Please check all goods immediately.
- Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items within the same day.
- Frozen, chilled, and perishable items cannot be returned unless there is a proven fault on our side.
- We are not responsible for issues reported after items have been opened or after the same-day inspection period has passed.
8. Delivery Limitations
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Severe weather
- Traffic disruptions
- Accidents
- Strikes
- Road closures
- Issues beyond our control
- We will always aim to notify you if delays occur.
9. Collection (Click & Collect)
Customers may also place orders over the phone and collect from our local branch during business hours.
For collections:
- You must bring your customer card or ID.
- Orders must be paid prior to collection.
