We operate wholesale centres including Best Catering Ltd and Extra Cash & Carry in Tottenham.

2. Eligibility to Shop

We are a trade-only wholesale supplier.
To shop with us, you must:

Be a registered business or self-employed trader
Provide valid business and identification documents
Complete customer registration to receive a customer card (where applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations.

6. Orders & Collection

Orders can be placed:

In-store
Over the phone
(If available) Online through our website
Customers must:
Ensure order accuracy before payment
Collect orders from the chosen branch at the scheduled time
Present their customer card or ID upon collection

7. Delivery Service

We offer delivery to approved trade customers.
Key conditions:

Payment must be completed before dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or courier issues
Customers must check goods upon delivery and report issues immediately

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of wholesale goods:

Frozen, chilled, and perishable items cannot be returned
Opened or damaged products are non-returnable unless faulty
Refunds, if approved, will be issued via the original payment method

Customers must report issues within 24 hours of purchase or delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Delays caused by third parties or events outside our control
